25.8cbm chemical liquid tank semi trailer for transporting HCl sulfuric acid
The chemical corrosive tank semi trailer loading media: sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid(HCl), sodium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite, acetic acid solution, phosphoric acid solution, etc;
Standard configuration: Tank material Q235 carbon steel , tank thickness 4.2mm, with a head thickness of 5mm; Inner lining 16mm PE anti-corrosion layer; Equipped with a fully plastic breathing valve, vacuum valve, and backup port for safety valve on the top of the tank; Tank top with folding lifting guardrail, rear end DN100 lined with plastic bottom valve (with Huate voice alarm system), left and right DN80 lined plastic outlet (with plastic protection box);Equipped with Kemi EBS, 28 ton linkage bracket, 50 # traction pin, rear ladder, one toolbox, one spare tire holder.
Optional configuration: standard steel lined plastic manhole cover, optional full plastic manhole cover and number of tank openings; Axles and tire can be optional.
