After contacting us online, after more than two months of conversation, the customer came to our company, visited our tank truck production workshop and parts production workshop, and ordered a Dongfeng 4x2 chemical corrosives tanker truck.

The tank is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the announced size. The tank body is made of Q235 high-quality carbon steel plate, the cylinder is 4.2MM thick, the head is 5MM thick, the tank body is lined with 16mm linear low-density polyethylene (PE7042), the tank top is equipped with a full plastic manhole cover, an iron protection box, a vacuum valve, a glass grating walkway, a DN100 stainless steel pneumatic fluorine lined emergency cut-off valve, and a voice prompt alarm device.

The left and right self flow of the rear tail is made of steel lined plastic pipes, equipped with DN80 lined PTFE ball valves and full plastic discharge outlets, full plastic discharge protection boxes, - control boxes, - tool boxes, two PVC gun barrels with discharge hoses, lifting guardrails, back ladders, and two fire extinguishers.
